Using the five senses of sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste, spiritual healing removes the burden of danger, pain, or any kind of emotional disturbance. As spiritual healing progresses, the mind and body become one, becoming a conduit for the universal spiritual energy.

A skilled yoga teacher will not only work to make your body flexible, but will also use the practice to help you heal past traumas and achieve balance when it comes to mental and emotional stability.

Mantras are vibrations or sounds that create a desired effect, such as self-awareness, transformation, purification, or healing.

Chanting mantras helps to energize the body! I love combining yoga with mantras, it instantly relaxes me and helps my mind and body work together towards my goals.

Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that are intended to challenge previously held negative thought patterns. By writing or saying affirmations out loud every day, you will become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. It also helps to increase self-confidence.
